Our orders are processed through Paypal which is one of the world's foremost payment processors with millions of customers.  They provide the secure payment processing that keeps your card details safe.  You do not however need a Paypal account to shop with us as we accept all credit and debit cards directly through the site.  If you would prefer to pay by cheque then please e-mail us at info@annsummersforless.co.uk and we can provide you with the details on how to do this.

Deliveries are despatched in very discreet protective packaging by first class recorded delivery. This means your order must be signed for on receipt so your delivery address must be suitable for this.  International orders are sent by first class airmail and therefore do not have to be signed for.  95% of orders are despatched on the next working day and all orders are normally despatched within 7 working days, if there is a problem which prevents us doing this then we will endeavour to e-mail you with all relevant information immediately.  If you have not received your order within 14 days of ordering please contact us at info@annsummersforless.co.uk. 

We only charge £4 Postage & Packing regardless of your order size, and we now offer free P&P for all orders of £45 or more.  These rates apply to orders worldwide as well as to the UK.
